Return Policy

Customers who place an order from the MYOU store have the right to return clothing within 14 days of receiving the items, under the following conditions:

1. Item Return:

• The item must be undamaged, unused, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.
• The item must be returned in its original packaging, along with all accessories (e.g., tags).
• The return process must be initiated within 14 days from the date of receiving the item.

2. Return Process:

• If you decide to return an item, please contact us via the contact form or by email, and we will provide return instructions. (This section will be updated later, as we are planning to include a return form in the shipment or make it available online.)
• The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item was received with defects.
• A refund will be issued within 14 days after we receive the returned item at our warehouse.

3. Exchange Policy:

• We do not offer an exchange service. If you wish to order another item, please return the unwanted size or model and place a new order according to your preferences.

4. Exceptions:

• The right to return does not apply to items that have been damaged due to the customer's fault or used not as intended.
