1. General Provisions
1.1. MB Vlora (hereinafter – the "Company") respects the privacy rights of all its service buyers, potential clients (who have tried the services but did not become customers), and all visitors to the website www.myou.lt (hereinafter – the "Website") (collectively referred to as "Clients") and is committed to protecting the personal data provided and received. The Company also ensures the protection of Clients’ rights as data subjects.
1.2. This Privacy Policy regulates the main principles and procedures for collecting, processing, and storing personal data of the Company's Clients.
1.3. By using the Website, ordering or otherwise using the services provided by the Company, and providing your personal data to the Company, you agree to the provisions of this Privacy Policy. Clients are considered to have read the Privacy Policy when, during registration on the Website, they check the box indicating agreement with the Privacy Policy. The Privacy Policy is always available via a link on the Website.
1.4. When processing the Client’s personal data, we adhere to all applicable laws, including EU regulations, the Law on the Legal Protection of Personal Data of the Republic of Lithuania (ADTAĮ), and other legal acts governing personal data protection.

2.6. Data Controller – MB Vlora, a company established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Lithuania, company code 307007139, registered at Dariaus ir Girėno g. 17-43, LT-87352 Telšiai, Republic of Lithuania, with data stored in the Register of Legal Entities.
2.7. Direct Marketing – activities aimed at contacting the Client by mail, phone, or other direct means to offer goods or services and/or to seek feedback on offered goods or services, including via automated methods.

3. What Cookies We Use and How
3.1. What is a cookie – small files sent to a user's web browser and stored on the user's computer or device upon their first visit to a website. 4. What Personal Data We Collect
4.1. The Company collects and processes the personal data that Clients provide when using or ordering services via the Website or other methods: name, surname, personal ID number (optional), address, email address, phone number, and other data related to the specifics of the service ordered. You voluntarily provide this data when registering or using Company services.
4.2. The personal data provided by the Client is stored for the duration of cooperation (service provision) and for 10 (ten) years after it ends, unless there is no legal basis to store it longer.

5. For What Purposes and How We Process Personal Data
5.1. The data we collect is processed lawfully, fairly, and transparently.
5.2. The Company processes the Client’s personal data to process and administer service orders, for accounting purposes, to contact you regarding contractual obligations, and for direct marketing purposes (with prior consent).
5.3. We ensure that Client data is processed lawfully and only for clearly defined and legitimate purposes, is adequate and relevant, and limited to what is necessary. We take technical and organizational measures to secure personal data against unauthorized or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction, or damage (integrity and confidentiality principle).

6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
6.1. The Client may withdraw their consent at any time. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing based on consent before withdrawal. Clients are informed of this right before giving consent. Consent withdrawal is as easy as giving it.
6.2. You have data subject rights which we implement upon receiving your request via email at info@myou.lt, and after verifying your identity. You have the right to access your data, request corrections of inaccurate data, or request to complete incomplete data.
6.3. You may request the deletion of your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, if consent is withdrawn and there is no other legal basis, if the data has been unlawfully processed, or based on other grounds set in the Regulation. You may also request restriction of processing, data transfer to another controller, or object to the processing of your data (e.g., for direct marketing).

7. How We Process Personal Data for Direct Marketing
7.1. The Company will contact the Client only with prior consent and in compliance with applicable laws (ERĮ, ADTAĮ, and the Regulation). We will send newsletters via email or phone and inquire about service quality or related matters.
7.2. For direct marketing, we process the following Client data: name, email address, and phone number.
7.3. Personal data for direct marketing is stored until the Client opts out (an unsubscribe link is provided at the bottom of each message).

8. Who We Share Personal Data With
8.1. Company employees may access Client data only when necessary for their duties and only after committing to confidentiality.
8.2. The Company may provide personal data to data processors who provide services to the Company and process data on behalf of or for the benefit of the Company or the Client, to law enforcement agencies if legally required, and to other third parties with Client consent. Data processors may process data only according to Company instructions.
8.3. Client data may also be disclosed in response to official requests from state authorities or courts, but only after verifying the legality of such requests.
