1. General Provisions
1.1. These rules for the purchase and sale of goods (hereinafter – the Rules) are a legally binding document for the Parties, establishing the rights, obligations, and responsibilities of the Buyer and the Seller when purchasing goods in the e-shop.
1.2. The Seller reserves the right to amend, correct or supplement the Rules at any time, taking into account legal requirements. The Buyer is informed via the e-shop website. The Rules in effect at the time of placing the order apply to the Buyer when shopping in the e-shop.
1.3. The following persons have the right to purchase in the e-shop:
1.3.1. legally capable natural persons, i.e., persons of legal age whose legal capacity has not been restricted by court;
1.3.2. minors aged 14 to 18 with parental or guardian consent, except where they independently dispose of their income;
1.3.3. legal entities;
1.3.4. authorized representatives of all the above-mentioned persons.
1.4. By confirming the Rules, the Seller also guarantees that, according to point 1.3, the Buyer has the right to purchase goods in the e-shop.
1.5. The contract between the Buyer and the Seller is considered concluded from the moment the Buyer, having formed a shopping cart, specified the delivery address, selected the payment method, and familiarized themselves with the Rules, clicks the "Confirm Order" button (see section 5 "Ordering, Prices, Payment Procedure, Terms").

2. Protection of Personal Data
2.1. The Buyer may order goods in the e-shop:
2.1.1. by registering – entering the requested data during registration;
2.1.2. without registration.
2.2. When ordering goods by the means specified in point 2.1, the Buyer must provide the necessary personal data for proper order fulfillment: name, surname, delivery address, phone number, and email address.
2.3. By confirming the Rules, the Buyer agrees that the data provided under point 2.2 may be processed for the purpose of selling goods and services in the e-shop, for Seller’s business analysis, and for direct marketing.
2.4. By agreeing to data processing for the purpose of selling goods and services in the e-shop, the Buyer also agrees to receive informational messages to the specified email and phone number, necessary to fulfill the order.
2.5. The Buyer, by registering and ordering goods, undertakes to protect and not disclose their login information.

3. Buyer’s Rights and Obligations
3.1. The Buyer has the right to purchase goods according to these Rules and the information provided on the e-shop.
3.2. The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract within 14 (fourteen) business days from the day of delivery, by informing the Seller in writing (via email, indicating the product to return and the order number), except in cases where the right of withdrawal is restricted by Lithuanian law (e.g., hygienic goods like underwear; see Consumer Center info: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, point 18).
3.3. The right described in 3.2 applies only if the product has not been damaged or significantly altered, and has not been used.
3.4. The Buyer must accept the ordered goods and pay the agreed price.
3.5. If the Buyer’s data changes, they must update it immediately.
3.6. The Buyer must not share login information. If lost, the Seller must be informed immediately via the "Contact" section.
3.7. By using the e-shop, the Buyer agrees to these Rules and undertakes to comply with them and Lithuanian law.

4. Seller’s Rights and Obligations
4.1. The Seller undertakes to ensure the Buyer can use the e-shop properly.
4.2. If the Buyer attempts to harm the e-shop’s stability or violates obligations, the Seller may restrict, suspend, or cancel the Buyer’s account without notice.
4.3. The Seller undertakes to respect the Buyer’s privacy.
4.4. The Seller undertakes to deliver the goods to the specified address.

5. Ordering, Prices, Payment, Terms
5.1. Goods can be purchased 24/7.
5.2. The contract becomes valid once the Buyer clicks "Confirm Order" and the Seller sends a confirmation email.
5.3. Prices are in euros including VAT.
5.4. Payment methods:
5.4.1. via e-banking – advance payment through the Buyer’s bank system. The Buyer must have a valid agreement with the bank. Data security is the bank's responsibility.
5.4.2. via bank transfer – advance payment by printing the order and paying at the bank.
5.5. The Buyer must pay immediately. Order processing starts only after payment is received.

6. Delivery
6.1. The Buyer must specify the exact delivery address.
6.2. The Buyer must accept the goods personally. If someone else receives the goods, complaints cannot be made.
6.3. Goods are delivered by the Seller or authorized courier.
6.4. Delivery terms are based on product descriptions and are approximate. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The Seller will contact the Buyer in such cases.
6.5. The Seller is not responsible for delivery delays due to the Buyer or external circumstances.
6.6. The Buyer must inform the Seller immediately if the parcel is damaged, contains incorrect or incomplete items.
6.7. If packaging damage is noticed, the Buyer must mark it in the courier’s delivery document or draw up a damage report. If not, the Seller is not responsible for packaging-related damage not noted at delivery.

7. Product Quality, Warranties
7.1. Product descriptions contain general information.
7.2. The Seller is not responsible for differences in color, shape, or other parameters due to the Buyer’s device settings.
7.3. Certain products may have warranties; their terms are in the descriptions.
7.4. If no warranty is provided, statutory guarantees apply.

8. Returns and Exchanges
8.1. Defects are corrected, and faulty goods returned or exchanged according to the Minister of Economy's Order No. 217 (2001-06-29), except where law prohibits return (e.g., hygienic goods; see: http://www.vartotojucentras.lt/istatymas.php?id=1038, point 18). Refunds are made only to the payer’s bank account.
8.2. To return goods, the Buyer must notify the Seller within 14 business days and provide the product name, order number, and reason for return.
8.3. Return conditions:
8.3.1. item must be in original packaging;
8.3.2. item must be undamaged;
8.3.3. item must be unused and retain its commercial appearance (labels intact, etc.);
8.3.4. item must be returned in the same set as received;
8.3.5. proof of purchase must be provided.
8.4. The Seller may refuse the return if conditions in 8.3 are not met.
8.5. If a wrong or faulty item was delivered, the Seller will replace it with a correct one.
8.6. If replacement is not possible, the amount paid will be refunded, excluding delivery costs.

9. Buyer’s and Seller’s Liability
9.1. The Buyer is responsible for the accuracy of provided personal data. The Seller is not liable for consequences of incorrect data and may claim damages.
9.2. The Buyer is responsible for all actions taken in the e-shop.
9.3. The Buyer is responsible for login data. If a third party accesses the e-shop using the Buyer’s login, they are considered the Buyer.
9.4. The Seller is not liable if the Buyer did not read the Rules despite having the opportunity.
9.5. The Seller is not responsible for third-party websites linked in the e-shop.
9.6. The guilty party compensates direct losses to the other Party.

10. Marketing and Information
10.1. The Seller may initiate promotions at their discretion.
10.2. The Seller may change or cancel promotions unilaterally, with changes applying only going forward.
10.3. All notices are sent to the Buyer’s contact details provided at registration.
10.4. The Buyer sends notices and questions via the contact details in the e-shop's "Contacts" section.
10.5. The Seller is not responsible if the Buyer does not receive emails due to internet or service provider issues.

11. Final Provisions
11.1. These Rules are governed by Lithuanian law.
11.2. Disputes are resolved through negotiation. If unsuccessful, disputes are resolved according to Lithuanian law.
